- I/We understand that the booking and allotment process is not yet open to the public and this EOI is made available on my request only.
- Acceptance and/or rejection of this EOI is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
- Selection and allotment of a unit is subject to availability and final confirmation from the company at its sole discretion.
- The Company may return the EOI with the cheque/amount without assigning any reason. Amount will be refunded in full without deduction or interest.
- The cheque submitted cannot be redeemed until allocation by the company.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw/reschedule the launch and cancel EOI/allotment by returning the cheque/amount paid.
- An applicant can register for only one unit per EOI application.
- The company reserves the right to allocate units based on first-come-first-served, agreed price, or any other appropriate method.
- This EOI cannot be transferred to any other person other than the undersigned.
- Any plans, layouts, renderings, or documents are only tentative. Approved plans and specifications may differ. The indicative price is not final and my eligibility for a home loan is determined by the sanctioning bank.
